Many sources document the rise of special needs and learning challenges for young children. Parents, families, and caregivers range from feeling bewildered and confused to heartbroken and desperate. How do we help our children? Where do we go for answers? How do we cope?

Guest Lea Keating shares her family's story and search for answers. Knowing the importance of early intervention, Lea began learning about Sensory Processing Disorder and including sensory activities for her son. "I realized that combining these sensory activities with a developmental approach to learning was not only successful but really fun, too." She has now founded a program to support young children and families called Sensory Street Kids. Tune in to hear about this special program and how it can help our children.
