Kids and Sleep Solutions for Learning with Leslie Black, Oct. 15, 2012

Did you know that missing sleep as a child can make for a grumpy, moody adult? Poor sleep can affect learning and behavior. Leslie Black, from A Kiss Goodnight Sleep Consultation talks with Mrs. A and shares some sleep solutions for babies, toddlers, preschoolers and kids in kindergarten.

Leslie is a Registered Clinical Counsellor with a Master's Degree in Counselling Psychology. She has been a been a family counselor for 6 years, specializing in parenting, and is a trained and certified sleep consultant using the Sleep Sense Program. She has worked with her own children and countless other families to help everyone get a good sleep.

Sleeping well increases brain power!.
